History comes to life with a black & white inspiration, accented gold introduction of a spectacular porcelain box represents an amazing work of Andre Szasz " 1926-2003". stamped, numbered in gilt emboss, also artist symbolic mark on the corner, to represent, this gorgeous rectangular box. Artist was born January 7, 1926 in Miercurea Ciu Romania, and died August 18, 2003 in Mosdos Hungary. He worked for Hollohaza porcelain, which created this magnificent portrait, sun shine & moon graphic art, gilt work border, rectangular design shape.
Hungarian print-maker , illustrator, muralist, and ceramic decorator. He described himself as a Folk Surrealist.
Marking: Hollohaza Hungary 1831 - 18 and the gold symbol with artist graphic stamp. the dimension approximately 6" W. x 2" or less H. & 4" L. Fabulous almost perfect condition.
