Star cut shine base, three divider or sections. situated in brass/bronze ormolu footed frame with patina. cover decorated gorgeous flowers, and large finial. condition, other than "Fabulous aged patina", which perhaps a touch TLC would bring back the shine or not, in good condition. probably from about circa early 1900.
