Little Valley N.Y. the handle is of Bakelite and bone. symbols indicates dates to 1919. the razor appears to be in excellent condition, folds in. the hardboard cardboard brown box is distressed, appearance is aged, with scuffs and taped up. box is about 7" wide , thin less than .5" & 1" sides.
