The color and ornamentation is magnificent. Distressed separated pieces of gorgeous tan leather book cover. Made in Italy, and is marked on the interior very low end. Very vintage if not antique. The gold embossed is exciting and is a show case of arts and crafts movement. Obviously as noted on the images is distressed with imperfections. Interior is of wavy patterned fabric silk or else.
