stupendous chic, a black silk skirt with sweet pencils plea, designed in couture studio of Valentino boutique in France, Vintage era, around 80's, and is in fabulous condition. size 8 all marked. side slit, about 33" long, small waist, about 22" circumference, not expandable. all authentic, worn only few times.
